A few weeks ago I received an email from a lady in Perth, Western Australia, in desperate need of ostrich feather fans. This is when I meet Miss Ivy Rayne. Ivy is a student at Kinetica, a circus school based in Perth.
Kinetica was established in 2012 and is a circus school that provides training for both youth and adults. They have classes available in aerial, flexibility and contortion just to name a few.
While looking at their website I was very impressed by a program they run, the Act-Belong-Commit circus classes. This program is aimed at improving mental health by promoting self esteem, confidence, leadership and team work skills as well as body image.
