As you know buying great quality feather fans as an outright purchase and can put a strain on your weekly budget. But now you don’t have to settle for a cheaper pair of feather fans from overseas. You can now lay-by  great quality, double layered, double sided feather fans that can be custom made to your requirements.

 

The lay-by allows you to pay a deposit and then pay regular payment over and 8 week period if your lay-by is under $600.00 and over a 16 week period if your lay-by is over $600.00. I ask for a 50% deposit which allows me to cover part of the materials cost and to get the creating underway so it is ready to send to you when you complete your payments.

I have access to over 100 colours so you definitely be able to find a colour to suit your requirements.

The lay-by terms and conditions are set out below:

 

Fantastique Feather Creations Lay-by Conditions

  1. The lay-by period is for a minimum of 4 (four) weeks.
  2. The lay-by period is for a maximum of 8 (eight) weeks for purchases up to $600.00 and 16 (sixteen) weeks for purchases over $600.00
  3. An administration fee of $5.00 will be charged for each lay-by
  4. The required deposit is a minimum of 50% of the total purchase value
  5. For custom-made goods the termination charge is 50% of the total purchase value.
  6. For stock goods the termination charge is 25% of the total purchase value
  7. Payments must be made on a weekly or fortnightly basis ( as agreed when lay-by initiated)
  8. Minimum payment accepted is $20.00
  9. Payments accepted by credit/debit card.
  10. There are no returns or exchanges on lay-by items with the exception of faulty goods or in accordance with customer’s legislated rights.
  11. The customer or Fantastique Feather Creations has the right to cancel a lay-by.
  12. If the customer cancels the lay-by within three weeks they have the right to a refund of the payments made, less the termination charge.
  13. If Fantastique Feather Creations cancels the lay-by within three weeks the customer will be given 7 (seven) days notice and will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
  14. Customers will be contacted for all lay-bys that are not completed by the due date. After the due date the lay-by will be cancelled and the customer will be given a refund of their payments made, less the termination charge.
  15. No items can be taken by the customer until the entire lay-by has been paid in full.
